1918 Girl Scout Handbook for Dolls

Windstar of Jinjia Mixed Goods has outdone herself this time.

She made a pattern to create the original 1918 Girl Scout handbook.

According to her, at this time the requirements for girls were the same as for boys.

The book has printed pages inside that describe the different Girl Scout ranks and the merit badges that girls could earn.

The book is super detailed. It has pictures of the merit badges and more.

I was very glad that I did not have to earn the Morse code badge! It sounds very difficult.

I am SO excited to add this to my collection of doll books!

This book is not currently listed on her etsy shop.

If you wish to purchase the pattern to print and create this mini book, you can message Windstar through her shop on etsy, Jinjia Mixed Goods.

Secret Snarker 2018 Part Four

The last part of what I created for agate13 is paper crafting.

I have to give Windstar a big shout out, as none of this would be possible without her fabulous patterns.

You can find some of her paper crafting patterns for free on her blog, Jinjia Mixed Goods.

Other patterns are also found on her etsy, which is also called Jinjia Mixed Goods.

Using her patterns, I made a complete set of all seven Harry Potter books.
They have the original British book covers, which is so interesting.

You can find Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone here.

I also made two issues of the Quibbler, and catalogs for Burgins and Burkes and Weasley's Wizarding Wheezes.

Here is a direct link to the patterns for some of these items.

I hope you enjoyed seeing what I made for Secret Snarker this year!

You can see what I made for Secret Snarker in 2016 and in 2017 in older blog posts.

Pattern Review: Pants from Jinjia Mixed Goods

Ellie has some new pants to wear!

These pants were made from a pattern by Windstar.  She is so talented!

You can see her blog, Jinjia Mixed Goods, here, and her etsy shop by the same name here.

These pants are very cool and were easy to make. They have pockets in both the side and the back of the pants.

I am very happy with these pants. Thanks for the pattern, Windstar!
